How to order

We are happy to assist with any questions before you place an order. You can reach us via the Contact button and we will respond promptly by email or phone if needed.

To place an order, simply add your desired items to the shopping cart. Please note that in-stock products must be purchased separately from items available for later delivery.

In-stock items will be delivered within a few days after purchase.

Out-of-stock items will be delivered within 2-4 months after payment. Upon request, we can provide an estimated delivery time before you finalize your order.

For crockery orders of euro 150 or more, delivery will be directly to your door. Orders below euro 150 will be sent via courier to your nearest courier office for collection.
